As a clinician, my goal is to help the people that I serve return to, or discover, the ways of being that bring them joy, meaning and connection. I create a supportive and welcoming environment for individuals seeking to navigate transitions, relationships and general mental health challenges.
With a commitment to tailoring evidence-based practices to meet each person's unique needs, I help individuals navigate immediate concerns and promote long-term well-being and resilience. I use a mix of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, relational therapy and DBT.
I work with people of all ages and offer virtual, in-person and in-home sessions.
